Welcome
... to the World Wide Web site of Ericson Fleet One. We are
the Bay Area sailing club for Ericson owners. You'll find
plenty of information on Ericson sailboats here, as well as
following the exploits of one of the bays most active cruising
fleets.
Ericson Fleet One
is an association of owners of some of the finest sailing
yachts ever built. Ericson Fleet One was founded as Ericson
27 Fleet One, an Ericson 27
owners association, in 1974 by Terry Owen, Ron Gruenwald and
Bob Maythem. In 2004 its charter was changed to include all
Ericson yacht owners. The fleet has been an active part of
the San Francisco Bay Area sailing scene for over 30 years.
